To change a survey name, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Setup -> Companies and Surveys.   
  2. Click the pencil icon next to the survey name. 
  3. In the Survey Builder, click on the survey name. An edit box appears, allowing you to change the survey name.  
  4. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
