Once an Insta-Shop has been claimed by a shopper, it is considered to be "in progress" until:

It is completed and submitted, OR
The time limit to complete the shop has expired

Where can I see my program's completed Insta-Shops?
What happens if a shopper doesn't complete an Insta-Shop in time?
